Dr. Fosse is a clinical psychologist, a couples’ therapist, an AASECT certified sex therapist, on the faculty and board of directors of Psychodynamic Couples and Families Institute of New England (PCFINE). PCFINE provides post-graduate training in couples’ therapy for experienced clinicians.
In her private practice, in Cambridge, MA, she works with people of all genders and sexual orientations struggling with issues of sexuality and intimacy. She is passionate about helping individuals and couples to achieve higher levels of relational and sexual satisfaction.
Many of her clients are consensually non-monogamous and she has developed particular expertise counseling clients exploring challenges of polyamory. Lecturing on this subject in the Boston area, her colleagues have dubbed her a Queen of Polyamory. She is now writing a book on the subject for Routledge publishing, entitled The Many Faces of Polyamory: A Clinical Perspective.
